Frequently Asked Questions

8 common questions answered

What are the known NHTSA recalls for a 2025 Toyota Sienna?
The NHTSA record lists 43 recalls that affect the 2025 Toyota Sienna across brakes, airbags, fuel system, fuel pump, steering components, wheels, labels, doors, transmission and spare tire systems. Key issues include brake-hose and brake-line problems reported by mobility converters, potential sudden loss of brake assist due to a vacuum pump concern, air bag inflator and sensor issues, fuel-pipe leaks, fuel pump failures that can lead to engine stalls, steering shaft extensions that may fracture on modified vehicles, and wheels from a specific lot that may crack. Nalley Toyota of Roswell monitors NHTSA listings and will notify customers directly when manufacturer notices or parts are available; our factory-trained technicians will perform the remedy free of charge.
How do I check if my 2025 Toyota Sienna has an open recall?
You can check for open recalls by entering your VIN on NHTSA.gov or by contacting Nalley Toyota of Roswell and we will check for you free of charge. The NHTSA VIN lookup is authoritative; we also run the VIN through Toyota's dealer tools when you bring your vehicle in so any outstanding campaigns are identified and scheduled. If you prefer, bring your vehicle to our service center and we will verify recalls and recommend next steps — you can schedule appointment online.
How much does a 2025 Toyota Sienna recall repair cost?
Manufacturer recall repairs for the 2025 Toyota Sienna are free of charge when performed at a certified Toyota dealer. Nalley Toyota of Roswell will cover parts and labor for approved recall remedies; we only charge for unrelated maintenance or optional repairs after you approve them. We offer service financing so you can get required repairs now and pay later if you choose, and you can also check our service specials for additional offers.
Can I get my 2025 Toyota Sienna recall fixed at an independent shop or do I need a dealer?
Recall repairs must be completed under the manufacturer campaign to be free, and the certified remedy is provided by franchise dealerships like Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Independent shops may perform repairs, but only an authorized Toyota dealer can verify and document a manufacturer recall remedy and install OEM parts under the recall program at no cost to you. For safety and proper documentation — especially for items affecting brakes, airbags, fuel pumps and steering — we recommend having recall work done at our certified facility; schedule service today.
How long does a 2025 Toyota Sienna recall repair take?
Repair time varies by recall — many remedies are completed in one visit, while some require parts ordering and may take longer; typical dealer repairs range from one hour to a few days. For example, label corrections or clip replacements are often quick, while fuel pump or air bag inflator replacements may need parts and a short wait for scheduling. Nalley Toyota of Roswell provides estimated turnaround times when you schedule service and we offer loaner options or shuttle service when available to minimize disruption.
Does an open recall affect my 2025 Toyota Sienna's trade-in or resale value?
An unresolved recall can reduce buyer confidence and may affect trade-in value, since dealers and private buyers check recall status during purchase and appraisal. Resolving recalls at a certified dealer protects resale and trade-in value because repairs are documented with OEM parts and manufacturer service records — Nalley Toyota of Roswell will provide official proof of completed recall work. We recommend resolving recalls before listing or trading a vehicle and you can get a trade appraisal at our site: sell your car online.
Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2025 Toyota Sienna recall?
Some safety-related recalls can affect inspection outcomes depending on local regulations and the specific defect; unresolved brake, air bag or fuel issues could lead to failed or conditional inspections. Nalley Toyota of Roswell recommends resolving safety recalls promptly to avoid inspection problems and insurance complications; recall repairs are provided free and documented properly by our service team. If you have inspection concerns, contact our service department and we will verify recall status and help you schedule appointment — we also offer service financing to assist with any required maintenance beyond recall work.
