Can I get my 2020 Toyota Avalon Hybrid recall fixed at an independent shop or do I need a dealer?

Most recall repairs for this model range from a short software update to a one-day appointment depending on the component. To minimize wait time, schedule service online and ask about loaner vehicles and service specials.
Does an open recall affect my 2020 Toyota Avalon Hybrid's trade-in or resale value?
Unresolved recalls can reduce trade-in offers and deter private buyers because they represent safety and compliance concerns. Resolving recalls at a certified dealer like Nalley Toyota of Roswell protects resale value and proves the vehicle was maintained using OEM procedures.
