What are signs my tires need replacing?
The easiest way to know whether your tires need replacing is to keep an eye on your tire tread, the deep grooves and patterns circling your tires. When these grooves become too worn (down to 2/32”), your tires will not perform as designed and need replacing. An easy way to measure tread depth is with the Penny Test. Place a penny between the grooves with the top of Lincoln’s head facing down. If the top of his head disappears, you probably have at least 2/32” of tread remaining. Additional signs of tire wear include cracked tires or uneven tread wear.
