After 18 years my Ford Contour was starting to nickle and dime us to death so it was time to procure a new vehicle. Did our research and were convinced that Toyota quality was up there with the best with excellent overall ratings in Consumer Reports. Went on line to request quotes on the new RAV4 from several dealers and the prices were within close range of each other. Decided to go with Nalley in Roswell because it was close to home and we don't want to drive to the boonies to get service. I initially went in and was directed to Richard Warren to take a RAV4 for a test drive and was very impressed with it's look and handling. The next day my wife came in and she test drove the car. Richard was very patient with us answering all our questions At all times was he professional and did not try to pressure us into buying. Told us to take our time and to get back with him when we were ready. When we had made our decision the car we wanted had to be driven from another dealer. We had in mind what we wanted to pay with a trade in and ended paying $500 more which we agreed on. The next day we came to take delivery and Richard went over all the features of the RAV4 and we took it for a drive. We had some questions about future service and Richard introduced us to the service mgr. who was well informed and gave us an overview of the service process. Next came the finance manager Jon Pulliam who was very friendly had us go over and sign all the necessary paperwork. Of course he wanted to us to buy an extended warranty starting with the most expensive and noting our reluctance worked his way to the cheapest. We politely declined. With that he pulled out a great big stamp and with a flourish he stamped "REFUSED" in red which I thought was quite amusing. [...hide]

Terrance Michael was my salesperson. He worked diligently to give me what I could afford, what I wanted, what I needed, and at a price I could afford. His Manager did an outstanding job as well getting me the best rate possible, and the Finance person made me understand what options were available, what was the best way for a retiree as myself to go, and calm me. I would recommend Nalley Toyota to anyone...I lost my 2002 Prius when someone hit me and the vehicle was totaled. I could not settle for anything but another Prius...these folks made that happen. Presently, I am awaiting a copy of the Car Fax and the paperwork for the tag...and I know that is coming... [...hide]

Communication was great. Making an appointment was easy and smooth. Out of all the dealerships I visited the last month (which was about 5), Toyota Roswell was the cleanest, nicest of all. Brandon Edwards was the sales man who helped me out. Answered all questions and provided great hospitality. I ended up leaving the dealership with the car I wanted and with great service. Def recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Even though this dealership was about an hour away from home, I would not think twice to buying my new car here. Robert, I wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed my wife and I are with your staff on the excellent customer service, professionalism and sincere service that my wife and I received from the employees at Nalley Toyota. Our Sales person was Jeff LaVigne, He was excellent⦠Jason handled our Financing and helped my wife spoke very highly of Jason.We had to bring the car back to get the entertainment(DVD) player put in. I needed a car during the installation to make my doctors apt, due to an unfortunate accident I had the previous week. Bob Sinko was awesome he was responsive and very helpful. He was able to get me a car so I was able to keep my doctor appointments. It was all last minute also. He made a point to come and introduce himself to me when I arrived and also came to service when I came to pick our car once the DVD was finished. Bob adds a personal touch that is sincere, professional with a sense of urgency. We have bought 3 cars from your store over the years and it is because of people like Jeff, Jason and Bob.Please recognize these individuals for the excellent service they have provided.This is a direct reflection to who you are and NalleyToyota. Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences I have had (and I've bought a lot of cars)! Was interested in a Scion and before coming into the dealership, I spoke with Kevin Jeffries and worked out a deal prior to my arrival. He was extremely pleasant, attentive, and a straight-shooter. No bull $#!+ at all! When I got to the dealership, I worked with Phillip Hedger (as Kevin needed to leave to be at his daughters recital - very understandable and admirable). Phillip was also pleasant, easy going, and was truly enthusiastic about cars (which is nice to see). Sales manager duties were handed off to Brandon (Murray, maybe?). Very, very cool guy. Easy going, also no B.S., which is greatly appreciated. He made the deal work, even when we had a few obstacles to overcome. Finance was great too. I worked with Aaron (I think) and he was extremely nice. Not pushy with extra services, just offering it to me.My wife and I have bought 3 Toyota products, now, at three different dealerships (plus lots of other cars at other dealers). If I am ever in the market for another Toyota/Scion, there is NO question that this is the dealership I will be buying from. Thank you to everyone and keep up the good work Nalley Toyota Scion!
